Deleting your Numisly account
The Numisly app is operated by Šmídl Online s.r.o. You can delete your account and all its data at any time.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Numisly app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Email us at hello@numisly.app from the address your Numisly account is registered with and include your username. We will delete the account and confirm it by email.
What gets deleted and when
- Your account is deactivated immediately and other users can no longer see it.
- Within 30 days we permanently delete your profile, email, collection, photos, wishlist, trade offers and settings.
- For completed trades, the other party keeps a record of the trade without your personal data.
- Backups are cleared as part of their regular rotation. Data we must keep by law is kept only for as long as necessary.
Subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the subscription settings of the App Store or Google Play.
Want to keep your data?
Before deleting, export your collection in the app (Profile → Settings → Export collection) as CSV or JSON. Details are in the Privacy Policy at numisly.app/en/privacy.
